2010 June 12-13 - Bend and Sisters

We saw 77 species of birds! The list shows 78 because I included the hybrid Sapsucker.

We should mention the amazing little Short-tailed weasel (Mustela erminea), aka Stoat, aka Ermine (it was so cute!) as well as the Western gray squirrel, Mantled ground squirrel and Yellow-pine chipmunk (I hope I got the species correct on these), as well as the deer and Little brown bats. I can't remember the numerous species of plants and insects Dan identified for us! :)
